The Little Seven Seven Ranch beef is raised on a diet of native grass, legumes and a variety of brush. No additives, no hormones, no corn. This bio diverse diet combined with the characteristics of the Highland Cattle breed creates a natural, slow growing environment that results in high quality beef known for distinct flavor and tenderness. Research studies indicate that this beef has higher protein and iron, higher levels of omega 3 type fatty acids, and higher levels of polyunsaturated fats than other beef. Highland beef is lower in cholesterol than commercial beef.
Steers are taken to a USDA butcher and sold by the cut.
